SanteKay has partnered with the Paystack payment platform to facilitate the processing of online payments.

Customers have the option of paying by bank card or via mobile money.

BANK CARD PAYMENT

Customers are required to enter their sixteen (16) digit card number, the card’s expiry date and finally the Card Verification Value (CVV). The CVV is a three (3) digit number that can be found at the back of the card.

MOBILE MONEY PAYMENT

With the Mobile Money option, customers must enter their registered Mobile Money phone number. The Service Provider section on the form will automatically populate accordingly.

Customers with ported telephone numbers are entreated to manually select their new service provider as the service provider that will automatically be populated is their initial service provider.

MTN Option

Customers will be requested to approve the transaction after issuing the payment on the SanteKay website:

  1. Dial *170# on the mobile phone bearing the mobile money account details entered on the website
  2. Select “My Account” (option 6) and then “Approvals” (option 3)
  3. Identify the transaction
  4. Enter Mobile Money PIN

A deduction will be made from your Mobile Money account and message of approval will be sent to you via SMS to confirm successful payment.

Vodafone Option

  1. Enter your Vodafone Cash number and click on the CONFIRM button.
  2. Dial *110# on the mobile phone bearing the mobile money account details entered on the SanteKay website
  3.  Select “Make Payments” (option 4)
  4. Select “Generate Voucher” (option 4), enter your preferred option, and enter your pin to complete the request. You will receive an SMS containing a voucher code.
  5. Click the “I HAVE RECEIVED MY VOUCHER CODE” button
  6. Enter the voucher code in the text box. Please note the voucher code will expire within 5 minutes
  7. Click the “AUTHORIZE” button to effect the payment.

AirtelTigo Option

  1. Enter your AirtelTigo Money number
  2. Click the “CONFIRM” button
  3. A voucher number with be sent to your AirtelTigo number for you to Authorize Payment

Currently, all orders will be delivered to customers within 10 workings days from the day we receive payment.
